She/ Her

Erin's journey into real estate was sparked by a deep fascination with the unique stories and architectural charms of older homes. Growing up, she was captivated by the history and character embedded in their walls, which often whispered tales of past generations. This passion not only fueled her interest in the field but also ignited a desire to understand and harness the power of real estate as a means to build generational wealth. It's this blend of historical intrigue and strategic investment that drove her to become a realtor, helping others discover and create their own legacies through property.

Her ideal adventure for an urban Portland day: Her ideal day in Portland starts with a food cart breakfast sandwich, then treasure hunting along Mississippi Avenue's shops. She'd follow that up with a picnic surrounded by roses at Peninsula Park. Then a hike up Rocky Butte to soak in some nature. Dinner is always a fun challenge with so many great spots to choose from but she'd probably end up at one of the many hole-in-the-wall restaurants that always surprises you with the best food. She'd round off the night with cocktails in Southeast and some belly laughs at a comedy club.

Her superpower: Her superpower lies in in her unwavering ability to persevere through any challenge with both grit and compassion.

Superpower she wishes she had: The ability to fly through the sky! So freeing (she knows because she often dreams of flying).

Favorite moment/s in real estate: Closing with a client and crying together because every single person involved in the transaction was female and realizing that women couldn't even get a loan without a male counterpart before 1974, but there we were, doing it all on our own.

Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why?
Kenton. It's walkable, close to other super cool neighborhoods, has great access to public transportation, has a booming historic business district, and has fabulous restaurants.
